Apple Vision Pro Launched in China with Baidu Map Time Machine Integration

News on June 29th, Apple’s Vision Pro headset officially went on sale in China on June 28th this year, starting at an official price of 29,999 yuan. Currently, the ‘Baidu Map Time Machine’ application has been officially launched on Apple’s Vision Pro headset. According to the introduction, Baidu Map Time Machine is a standalone application where users, while wearing the Apple Vision Pro headset, can ‘walk’ within the application to experience 360-degree panoramic maps of past time points.


When users look down, they can view the current map’s time and location information, and by clapping their hands together, they can switch to different scenes. Previously reported, Gaode Map had already launched on Apple Vision Pro in April this year, supporting features such as map exploration, life service searches, real-time traffic conditions, collection of featured locations, and reviews.
